To check an order, simply log into your account and click on "Your Account." and click on "Order History." You can search all orders you have placed by clicking the search button on this screen.

Do you accept international orders?  [Top]

We're sorry, we are currently unable to accept orders to be billed or shipped to destinations outside the U.S. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Why is my favorite product discontinued? What can I use now?  [Top]

Decisions to discontinue or introduce a product or size are made in response to consumer preferences and purchasing patterns throughout the country. Please email our Elise Online Consultants with the name/shade of your favorite product that has been discontinued and they will be happy to provide alternative recommendations.

If you are under the care of a dermatologist, only he or she can best advise you of the appropriate products that would work best with your prescribed treatments. We recommend that you ask your dermatologist about the use of Elise products, to determine what is appropriate for you.
